• Delivery address — to ship your order to the right place
• Phone number — for delivery coordination and order updates via WhatsApp
• Email address — for order confirmation, invoice, and dispatch notifications

We do not collect payment card details. All payment information is processed directly and securely by Razorpay. TARINÉ never sees or stores your card number, UPI ID, or bank account details.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• Processing and fulfilling your order
• Generating your GST-compliant invoice
• Sending you order confirmation, dispatch notification, and tracking information
• Coordinating delivery with our shipping partner (Delhivery)
• Responding to any exchange or support requests you raise

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is listed above without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Services

To operate our website and understand how it is used, we work with the following third-party services:

Razorpay — processes all payments on our behalf. Your payment data is governed by Razorpay’s privacy policy. We recommend reading it at razorpay.com.

Delhivery — our shipping partner. Your name, address, and phone number are shared with Shiprocket solely for the purpose of delivering your order.

Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use tarine.in. This includes anonymised data about pages visited, time spent, and general location. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

Meta Pixel — we use Meta’s advertising pixel to measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and to show relevant TARINÉ ads to people who have visited our website. Meta may use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose. You can manage your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

tarine.in uses cookies to keep your cart active during a session and to support Google Analytics and Meta Pixel functionality.
