- Thread embroidery and zari: hand wash safe — cold water, mild detergent, very gentle pressure
- Stone embellishments are applied with fabric adhesive. Dry cleaning may be gentler on them, but we have not tested every piece, so ask your cleaner to check first
- If you choose to hand wash: avoid rubbing stone-embellished areas directly; use very light pressure and do not wring
- Dry flat to preserve softness and drape
- Do not iron directly — use a pressing cloth between iron and fabric, low heat only
Honest note on the stone work: The decorative stones on this saree are applied with adhesive. They are built to last through careful handling — but no adhesive-applied embellishment is unconditionally washable. We are telling you this upfront because you deserve to know exactly what you are buying.
