Our policy

  • We accept return or replacement requests only for damaged or defective products.
  • Your request must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Image or video proof of the damage or defect is required.
  • We will first attempt to send a replacement. A return and refund is processed only if a replacement is not possible.
  • Return shipping for approved claims is covered by TARINÉ — you pay nothing.
  • The ₹99 COD convenience fee is non-refundable in all cases.

We do not accept returns for

  • Change of mind.
  • Colour appearing different on screen versus in person — a colour disclaimer is on every product page.
  • Saree size — all sarees are 5.5 metres, one size.

How refunds are processed

  • Prepaid orders: refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
  • COD orders: refund to your bank account. You will provide bank details in the form below.

How to raise a request

Fill in the form below. You will need your order number (in your confirmation email), a description of the issue, and at least one clear photo or video of the damage or defect.

    Accepted: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, MP4, MOV, HEIC. Max 25 MB. Have a larger video? WhatsApp us and mention your Order ID.
