Returns & Replacements

Our policy
- We accept return or replacement requests only for damaged or defective products.
- Your request must be raised within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Image or video proof of the damage or defect is required.
- We will first attempt to send a replacement. A return and refund is processed only if a replacement is not possible.
- Return shipping for approved claims is covered by TARINÉ — you pay nothing.
- The ₹99 COD convenience fee is non-refundable in all cases.
We do not accept returns for
- Change of mind.
- Colour appearing different on screen versus in person — a colour disclaimer is on every product page.
- Saree size — all sarees are 5.5 metres, one size.
How refunds are processed
- Prepaid orders: refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
- COD orders: refund to your bank account. You will provide bank details in the form below.
How to raise a request
Fill in the form below. You will need your order number (in your confirmation email), a description of the issue, and at least one clear photo or video of the damage or defect.
We respond to all requests within 2 business days.
