These terms govern your use of tarine.in and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order with TARINÉ, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

TARINÉ is a direct-to-consumer saree brand operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Karnataka, India. Our registered address will be shared on your GST-compliant invoice, which is automatically generated for every order.

All prices displayed on tarine.in are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. What you see is what you pay — no additional taxes are added at checkout. GST is collected on behalf of the Government of India and remitted monthly. A GST-compliant invoice is automatically generated and shared with you for every order.

We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you have provided — name, address, phone number, and email — is accurate and complete. TARINÉ reserves the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be confirmed or where the delivery address is unserviceable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

COD orders carry a ₹99 convenience fee, shown transparently before you confirm your order. COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000. Orders above ₹5,000 require prepaid payment. COD is not available for ready-to-wear pre-stitched orders. Customers with two or more undelivered COD orders (Return to Origin) will be automatically moved to prepaid-only.

Standard orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping partner’s network. TARINÉ ships via Delhivery based on your pincode. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email/WhatsApp. TARINÉ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping partner, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns on sarees only if an exchange/replacement is not possible. Return/Replacement requests are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To initiate an exchange, fill up the refund/replacement form or contact us via WhatsApp or email at hello.tarine@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags & packaging intact. TARINÉ covers return shipping costs for defective or wrongly sent items. For colour or size preference exchanges, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned saree.

All content on tarine.in — including product names, descriptions, photographs, graphics, and copy — is the intellectual property of TARINÉ. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

TARINÉ’s liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any purchase made on tarine.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at tarine.in/terms. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
